GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDER ENTRY
Orders will be placed by: telephone, e-mail, via web, web print quote, WhatsApp, Enyes app or in person at our offices. Through our digital tools you will be able to consult stocks, place orders and check incoming goods in real time. You can request a link to our totally anonymous website to host it on your own website, where your customers will be able to see the products and ask for quotes directly. When orders are recorded, you will be asked to agree to the design by e-mail or in person, according to the conditions set out separately.
Sales are made by cash in advance, unless there is a previous agreement for another payment system.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs will be paid by Encender y Escribir, S.L. when the destination is within the Iberian Peninsula for purchases over 200€ and 400€ for the Canary Islands and Portugal through the shipping agency chosen by Encender y Escribir, S.L. For shipments to the Canary Islands, 20€ will be charged as a customs processing fee. For shipments to Andorra, the price of the Dua will vary depending on the value of the invoice. However, it is expressly agreed that the risk of transport shall be born by the customer. Any loss of the goods or other damage that may occur during transport or handling of the goods will never be the responsibility of Encender y Escribir, S.L., and therefore this circumstance cannot be used to interrupt the payment process or claim a refund. Encender y Escribir, S.L. will take the necessary steps to replace the merchandise. Shipping paid applies to all products in the "ENYES" catalog.
RETURNS
In the event of a claim due to a defect or any other circumstance in the goods, the customer will have to contact Encender y Escribir, S.L. who will determine whether to return the goods and by which agency they should be returned (it must be taken into account that sometimes the value of the goods may be less than the value of the shipping). In any case, NO CLAIMS WILL BE ADMITTED 10 DAYS AFTER THE INVOICE DATE, being considered from that moment on as a definitive sale. Claims cannot interrupt the payment process. In the case of an accepted return, Encender y Escribir, S.L., will immediately pay the amount of the return. In the case of a return for reasons beyond the control of Encender y Escribir, S.L., the corresponding part of the shipping costs will be charged, as well as the costs of preparing, loading and unloading the order.
Encender y Escribir, S.L. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices in this price list are valid except for typographical errors.
The colors, finishes and sizes of the items in the catalog are approximate and may vary without notice, please request physical samples of the product when it is selected for its similarities to a corporate color or the image of the catalog, as the photographs are a presentation of the product and sometimes it may be wrinkled to come folded in the boxes. Encender y Escribir, S.L. is not responsible for any claim for this reason.
We will not accept returns of merchandise that has been marked outside our workshops. Please check that the merchandise is in perfect condition before marking it.
MARKING ORDERS
For marking orders done by us, 40% will be charged in advance. Once the order is completed, the customer will be notified to pick it up or ship it, upon payment of the remaining 60%. Marking orders placed through the print quoting system will also follow this procedure.
In the event that the remaining payment is not honored, and the goods are not picked up within a maximum period of one month, the right to the goods and the 40% advance payment for storage costs will be forfeited.
The prices for marking refer exclusively to the fact of marking. Possible manipulations are charged separately, (e.g.: taking out or putting items in cases or sleeves, positioning them in certain shapes in a certain type of packaging, putting a pen and a pencil in the same case, etc.). Prices for handling will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
The technical costs of engraving include: draftsman's fees, photocomposition, photolithography, plate or screen printing, and setting on the machine. Once the work is done, all the material is deposited in our warehouse for possible repetitions, but cannot be delivered to the client under any circumstances.
VISUAL AND PHYSICAL TESTS
In the realization of marked samples, the technical costs of printing are charged, plus the price of the article.
Samples made of sublimated textile: 75€. On orders with marking we can serve up to 10% more or less.
The originals sent by customers to make the drawing must be accepted by Encender y Escribir, S.L, as sufficient for its realization. In this case, Encender y Escribir, S.L. will send the customer, by the means it considers most appropriate, a reproduction of the drawing and/or text at actual size, placing it inside the product to be marked, and another reproduction at a larger scale to observe the details.Marking orders placed through the printing quotation system will also follow this procedure. The customer will either accept the job or indicate where the errors are.
In any case, we will not start the job until we are sure that we reflect the customer's wishes.A delay of more than 48 hours in the confirmation of the marking design will affect the delivery date of the order. Cancellations of marking orders will incur a cost of 10€ for design expenses. Marking simulations prior to the firm order are charged at 9€, which will then be deducted from the final order.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Consult delivery times. The Client declares that he/she has the intellectual property rights or the corresponding authorization from the owner thereof, on all items delivered to Encender y Escribir, S. L. to place orders with printing, being, therefore, Encender y Escribir, S. L., exonerated from any possible claim that may be made by the owners of the intellectual property in relation to the printed material provided. Encender y Escribir, S.L. may change the printing technique if it deems it appropriate.
